WORKSHOP ON GST

A Workshop on GST was organized by PG Department of Commerce on Friday, 28th October 2022 at KMM College, Thrikkakara. The session was conducted in association with ICA Edu Skills Approved by IQAC. The workshop began at 10am and Ms. Nandhana Navakumar, (student, KMM College) welcomed the Chief Guest, other fraternities of ICA and Commerce Department as well as
the student gathering. Ms. Nasiya K. A., HoD Commerce had delivered the keynote address about the workshop and its importance. The Chief resource person of the programme was Dr. Praveen P. P., CA Faculty of ICA Edu Skills. The session was really informative for the students to understand the practical aspects of GST Registration & Return Filing. The workshop included the demonstration of GST
Registration and Return filing. The participants had the exposure towards GST Common Portal and apart of the theoretical aspects, the session enabled the students to gain practical knowledge about the GST. The workshop was very effective, and it also included a quiz organized by ICA for the student participants of the workshop. All the queries put up by students were answered to their full satisfaction. The workshop was successful and was concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Mr Amal Noushad (student, KMM College). Around 50 students became part of the workshop.
