PG department of Computer Science in association with CYRIX, The Tech Club conducted a Workshop on “Agile Mindset” on 25th February 2021. The resource person was Mr Manu Viswanath Menon, Scrum Master, EQS Group. The workshop began with an interactive session, an Explanation about traditional software development and agile software development followed by an activity. The aim of this activity was to prove that communication skills are important in the agile mindset as well as the IT industry. The activity was done by dividing the students into 2 groups. The students participated with great interest and learned many things about the important role of the scrum master.
