The department of English organized a motivational class with the aim of inspiring and empowering students to achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and unleash their potential. It sought to instill a sense of motivation and determination among the student body. Ms. Theresa Paul is a seasoned consultant psychologist. She conducted numerous sessions where she utilized art therapy techniques to assist them in overcoming stress and fostering emotional well-being. She emphasized the importance of self-belief, perseverance, and resilience in achieving success. She shared personal anecdotes and practical tips on how to stay motivated in the face of challenges. She discussed the obstacles she encountered and the strategies she employed to overcome them, encouraging students to pursue their dreams relentlessly. The event included interactive sessions where students were encouraged to share their aspirations, challenges, and strategies for staying motivated.
