IEDC
IEDC stands for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre. It's an initiative to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystem in academic institutions, such as universities, colleges, and engineering schools.
Objectives of IEDC
- Promote innovation and entrepreneurship: Encourage students, faculty, and staff to develop innovative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Support startup ecosystem: Provide resources, mentorship, and funding support to startups and entrepreneurs.
- Foster industry-academia collaboration: Bridge the gap between industry and academia by promoting collaborative research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.pers in journal and conferences and also by undertaking Major and Minor Research Projects.
- Develop entrepreneurial skills: Offer training, workshops, and programs to develop entrepreneurial skills, such as idea generation, business planning, and pitching.
