Minority cell of KMM College of Arts and Science is constituted to safeguard the interests of minority communities in the college. Our college is committed to enhance the educational and the cultural requirements of Minority students. The cell facilitates financial assistance to students from minority communities from Government agencies and other funding sources. It also encourages students for career orientation programmes to enhance their skills for diverse career paths.

Objectives

  • Ensuring equal educational opportunities for minorities
  • Securing financial aid for minority students from governmental and external sources.
  • Informing minority students about scholarship opportunities provided by Central and State Governments.
  • Providing a platform for students to exhibit their academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular achievements.
  • Creating a safe and inclusive environment for all minority students

Functions

  • Promoting positive relationships among students from diverse social backgrounds.
  • Addressing the specific needs of minority communities.
  • Facilitating access to educational opportunities, addressing discrimination concerns and promoting diversity and inclusivity within the college.
