INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE(ICC)
- The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in a college plays a pivotal role in fostering a safe and inclusive environment, particularly in addressing issues related to sexual harassment.
- The ICC is instrumental in preventing and addressing instances of sexual harassment.
- Any student or faculty member with a genuine grievance may approach the Internal Complaint Committee to submit their grievance in writing or by email to internalcomplaintcommittee@kmmcollege.edu.in.

To create a platform where all women can express their needs and priorities, where every woman is respected, and where each woman can achieve her potential, living free from harm and discrimination.
MISSION
- To create a healthy environment on campus where every girl feels safe and self-confident, without encountering issues related to gender discrimination and sexual harassment.
- To ensure the implementation of policies in both letter and spirit through proper reporting of complaints and follow-up procedures.
OBJECTIVES
- Prevention and Awareness: Creating awareness through education programs, workshops, and campaigns to promote a culture of respect, consent, and zero tolerance for harassment.
- Responsive Redressal: The ICC aims to provide a fair and efficient redressal mechanism for individuals who have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment.
- Education and Training: The committee is responsible for organizing regular educational programs and training sessions for students, faculty, and staff.
- Confidential Reporting Channels: Establishing confidential reporting channels is a key objective of the ICC.
